8:27 pm	Exchange preferences post I wrote I don't have a strong preference for theme or content, and outside of my listed squicks I don't, but for the convenience of somebody out there, I'm listing some general preferences. An older adult Hermione, self assured and competent in her profession. A Severus who has finally put his past behind him and is ready to move on (though he might not realize this yet.) Ron divorced, deceased, or diverted to someone else - ie not infidelity I love my babies, but don't need to relive the experience. Any rating is fine. If there is to be smut, I'm partial to a slow buildup. Some notes on the prompts Fic: #2 - in case this isn't obvious, is pretty well AU. Go crazy. #3 - there are several possible ways this can resolve. Any of them are fine, even the tragic option, though I'd envisioned something of a farce. Oh, and the prompt title isn't meant to be the story title; it's just there. Art: #2 - really anything you can do with this poem would be great - even fic. (Comment on this)

7:30 pm	Yay! Reveals! I have learned that ayerf  wrote my wonderful gift, The Long Wait.   I've quite admired Ayerf's writing on TPP, so I'm just thrilled to pieces to have her story for my very own. If you haven't read it, what are you waiting for? Secondly, I can claim the dubious distinction of having written A Confusion of Corpses for death_ofme.  It is my first ever SSHG story, I've been swimming more in the rare pair waters.   I couldn't have done it withoutluvsev being unnuterably helpful and always cheerful, even when I'm staring myopically at a deadline two inches from my nose and dragging her right up to the wall with me.  I also owe thanks to mizsphinx for holding my hand through my plot insecurities. Also to shiv5468, who was there with useful information, and even propositionedinterceded with death_ofme when Lucius told me in no uncertain terms he was not happy with my proposed ending. Title: The Long Wait Summary: Seventh year Severus Snape's N.E.W.T project gives him the name and date of birth of his soul mate. It's not Lily, so no need to try to win her back from Potter. Problem: it's Hermione Granger, but she hasn't even been born yet. We have the angst of teen!Snape finding that Lily isn't his soulmate, mixed with the hope that someone out there must be, but he's got a long long wait before she'll be of age.
